Add a little moisture/binder, Mist it lightly with water while mixing. You can also use a little molasses as a binder, but do not overdo it. You want it damp enough to press, not wet like dough. , Run it through a pellet mill, A small farm pellet mill with about a 1/8" to 3/16" die would work. For chickens, smaller pellets crumble easier. Dry the pellets, Spread them out with airflow until they are dry and hard. Moist feed can mold fast. Break the pellets into crumbles, Run the dried pellets through a roller, grain mill opened wide, or lightly crush them. Then screen them: Oversized pieces go back through the crusher.
